Our church meets quarterly for business meetings. At each meetings reports are presented and decisions are made on a variety topics including budget and finance, church programs, facilities, conference activities, church practices. Meetings usually take place in February, May, August and November and dates will be on the church calendar. We do gift discernment and church positions at the May meeting and approve our budget at in August.
This page will contain an agenda and links to reports for congregational business meetings. An email will be sent out prior to each meeting once the agenda and available reports are posted. Some documents may be added during the week prior to the meeting. Please check back on Saturday evening before the meeting to review the most up-to-date information. All links are PDF documents that can be viewed online, downloaded and/or printed. Paper copies are not usually distributed at the meeting.
